Demonstration activity on mineral water

The mineral water plant of Agua Insalus in Spain was chosen to be a pilot company for demonstration activity on mineral water of the traceability systems developed within TRACE.

FoodReg integrated in the Insalus computer system, the TRACE Core XML, developed by Maritech to feed data into and to extract data from the chain traceability infrastructure developed by TraceTracker. The video here below give an overview of the demonstration activity on mineral water at Insalus:
